One of the recent weddings that took place at Colshaw Hall was planned and designed by Dale Alexander Events, a leading wedding planner in the North West. Dale and his team created a gorgeous and sophisticated celebration for clients Sonia and James, with attention to every detail. From the floral arrangements to the lighting, from the stationery to the entertainment, everything was carefully curated to reflect the couple’s style and personality.

 

The ceremony was held in The Stables, a stunning oak-panelled room overlooking the grounds. The bride walked down the aisle in a beautiful lace gown, accompanied by her bridesmaids in blush pink dresses. The groom and his groomsmen looked sharp in custom Whitfield and Ward suits. The vows were exchanged under a floral arch, surrounded by candles and petals.

The reception was held in the Peel Suite, a modern and charming space that can accommodate up to 180 guests. The Peel Suite was completely transformed into a fairy-tale setting, with white drapes, crystal chandeliers, Dior chairs and elegant tableware. The tables were adorned with lush centrepieces of roses and hydrangeas, while the cake table featured a stunning four-tiered cake with gold accents and sugar flowers with a custom monogram that featured on the invitations.

The guests enjoyed a delicious three-course meal, followed by speeches, dancing and entertainment. The evening was filled with laughter, joy, and love, as the newlyweds and their families and friends celebrated their union.
