For couples who have already arranged certain aspects of their wedding but would still benefit from expert guidance to bring everything together seamlessly.
- A review of your current progress and confirmed suppliers
- Sourcing any additional suppliers you may require
- Assisting with the styling of the wedding – creating mood boards and suggesting ideas for the decor
- Budget management
- Detailed wedding day timeline & schedule
- Being in attendance to set up and meet suppliers on the day of the wedding
- Managing the wedding day from start to finish
- Regular meetings and unlimited e-mail and phone call support

ON-THE-DAY MANAGEMENT
Our Wedding Day Management service, also known as Day-of Wedding Coordination. Designed for couples who have planned their wedding day but want an expert wedding planner to ensure their day runs without a hitch. This service offers you the experience to get married without a worry in the world.
- Detailed handover six-eight weeks before your wedding
- Site or venue visit ahead of your wedding day
- Supplier liaison & management following the handover
- Detailed wedding timeline & schedule
- Sourcing any remaining suppliers that may be required once the handover has taken place
- Venue setup & styling
- Day coordination for up to 10 hours (additional hours can be added)
