01. where are you located?

We are based in Cheshire, just outside of Chester City in the North West of England. We cover celebrations in the UK and Europe.

02. do you charge for travel and accommodation?

Yes and no, This depends on where you’re based, where you’re getting married, and how many dates we're required for. If travel and accommodation expenses are applicable, then we’ll make you aware of this before your hire us. 

03. Can you charge a fixed fee instead of a percentage?

Partial Planning & Day Management Services are fixed costs, subject to a consultation. If you would prefer a fixed fee for Full Planning & Design Service, this is absolutely fine, just let us know when enquiring which you'd prefer to be quoted for, following consultation. 

04. What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit of the agreed proposal. The final payment is requested six weeks prior to your celebration. 

05. Do you have preferred suppliers and do we have to us those?

We work with an incredible team of suppliers who are tested and tried. However, recommendations are all they are. It’s your wedding, and we’re here for your decisions. We also love working with new suppliers.

06. how many weddings do you plan a year?

Our commitment to providing an excellence service to our clients means we only take on a limited number of weddings per year. It's therefore a good idea to get in contact as soon as possible, especially if you're considering a destination wedding or summer wedding in the UK.
